Steven Preli
Steven Preli is President of New England Boring and is responsible for day-to-day administrative and financial operations. He is also involved in drill crew management, project scheduling, and contract negotiation. Steven oversees all marketing and sales and is always looking at and identifying new concepts in Drilling Technology. Mr. Preli is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Business Management and has been with the company since 1984. Steven is President of the National Drilling Association, Northeast Chapter.
Edward (Ned) Preli
Ned Preli is founder and Vice President of New England Boring and is responsible for the design and development of their Quality Control Program. Having over 40 years of hands on and technical management experience, Mr. Preli is considered to be an expert in the drilling business with special expertise in such areas as the installation of Monitor Wells, the use of Hollow Stem Augers and Casing and the procedures used in both Rock Coring and Soil Sampling. Before founding this firm, Mr. Preli was Vice President of a drilling firm where he began his career as a soil technician and built up a solid base of knowledge by holding various technical and management positions up through the level of Vice-President. Mr. Preli is responsible for all aspects of drill crew management, project scheduling, contract negotiation and quality control. Mr. Preli is a member of the National Drilling Association, the National Ground Water Association and the Connecticut Motor Transport Association. He holds a well drillers license in four states.
