Stephen Ramsdell
Stephen Ramsdell is a Senior Driller with New England Boring and has been on staff since 1977. He is extremely versatile and has extensive experience with all types of drilling equipment. Mr. Ramsdell has drilled in all of the New England states, NY, NJ, and has even been called to do specialty work in Greenland for the Air Force. He has worked with the largest types of rigs and has been called on to do Mineral Drilling in New Hampshire as well as Air Coring inside the Stevenson Dam. He is licensed as a driller in CT and NJ, and is OSHA Certified 1910.120.
Tim Carpenter
Tim Carpenter is a Senior Driller with New England Boring and has been on the staff since 1978. Tim is highly experienced with Cased and Hollow Stem Augers. Mr. Carpenter also has extensive experience installing Monitor Wells and Vapor Probes, doing undisturbed soil sampling and performing Rock Pressure and HydroPunch Testing. One of his primary specialties is the setup and maneuvering of ATV rigs to do work within inaccessible areas such as slopes, banks, and wooded areas. He is familiar with all industry standard rigs and is OSHA Certified 1910.120.
Mike St. John
Mike St. John is a Senior Driller and has been with New England Boring for his entire professional career since 1981. He has experience with such rigs as Hydraulic Drive Mobile B-47 and B-53 as well as Direct Drive Mobile B-57 and B-61. His experience extends to portable tripod rigs as well as underground air drills. He has extensive experience with both Cased and Hollow Stem Augers as well as Shelby Tube Samplers and is considered to be an expert in doing Vane Sheer and Packer Tests.
Trent Roe
Trent Roe is a Senior Driller with New England Boring and has been on staff since 1984. Trent has experience working with many different rigs and styles of drilling. His experience with casing and coring has put him in demand. Trent's attention to detail only comes with years of drilling.
Jeff Leavitt
Jeff Leavitt is a senior driller who has been with us for over six years, Jeff is a very dedicated employee and has completed many difficult jobs for us. He is a versatile driller and has experience in operating all of our rigs. Currently Jeff runs one of our truck rigs. He is skilled in the use of Hollow Stem Augers, Cased Drilling, and Rock Coring. As with all our employees, Jeff is OSHA Certified 1910.120.
